It all starts with a focus on building relationships with our clients. Instead of fitting projects into a mold, we work one on one with you to create a unique design that makes the most of your project requirements.
Construction projects can be daunting. That’s why we’ve built our processes around making it as easy as possible for our clients.
The first step is scheduling a free consultation. For initial consults one of our designers will come to your space, learn more about your project, and walk through how we might be able to help. If it looks like we are a good fit we move into the design phase.
During the planning phase, the team collects things like measurements, budgets, and project requirements. We then develop a estimate for the project and work with one on one with you to build a final project plan.
After the design, estimate, and project plan have been created we move into construction. All building is managed directly by Remade Modern including project management and oversight. Once complete, we perform a final walk through with our clients to ensure everything meets their expectations.
Remade Modern was started in 2016 by Jomy Robinson with the mission to make intentional design and modern aesthetics attainable for construction projects in North Carolina.
Jomy grew up in The Dominican Republic where she graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra in 2011. After graduating, she moved to The Research Triangle where she began drafting plans for residential and commercial buildings. She then moved into residential construction by becoming a licensed general contractor and managing projects from design through building.
Currently, Jomy heads up design and construction at Remade Modern. When she’s not working on modern spaces, she loves spending time with her husband, son, and daughter.
We primarily serve North Carolina’s Research Triangle and surrounding areas but we occasionally take on projects in other areas as one-off requests.
