Bringing new life into this mid-century home took a balance of both preservation and reinvention. Some highlights include creating a beautiful open kitchen and living space by removing a coat closet and installing new structural beams and removing carpet and resurfacing the original flooring to reveal beautiful original terrazzo and hardwood.
